Rover's returned: Alan Shearer is honoured at Blackburn with Alan Shearer Way

Former England and Blackburn Rovers footballer Alan Shearer has had a road named after him just outside Blackburn's Ewood Park ground.

Shearer opened the road called Alan Shearer Way today and told David Chisnall:
