Tributes to Penwortham car crash victim Betsy
The heartbroken husband of a 74-year-old woman, who died after her car was involved in a crash in Penwortham, has paid tribute to her as police appealed for witnesses to the incident.
The collision happened at around 5pm on Sunday 10 May when a Honda Jazz collided with a parked car on Liverpool Road.
