Woman's life saved after routine eye test

A woman's life has been saved after a routine eye test revealed she had a potentially fatal brain condition.

Michelle Kirk from Chorley decided to go to the opticians after experiencing excruciating headaches.

She was rushes straight to hospital and was diagnosed with a severe condition which can be fatal if left untreated.
