Full moon and partial lunar eclipse tonight

The first full moon after a harvest moon is named hunter's moon. Most places will be cloudy and wet tonight so seeing a glimpse of the full moon may be difficult.

In addition to tonight's full moon, there will also be a partial lunar eclipse. The 'penumbral' eclipse would give a usually bright moon a reddish glow. Unfortunately there is no likelihood of us seeing this tonight due to the weather conditions.
