Cheshire Police arrest man over rape

Cheshire Police have arrested a man over the rape of a jogger in Chester.

Peter Watton, 37, was arrested just acress the Welsh border at 9.45pm last night.

The victim was attacked last week while out running with her dog. She was held against her will for several hours.
