Fireworks for teen who drowned in a Lancashire quarry
A firework display will take place this evening to mark what would have been the 15th birthday of a teenager from Chorley, who drowned last year.
Dylan Ramsay died at Hill Top Quarry in Whittle-le-Woods last July after diving into the water-filled quarry during a heatwave.
His family will be holding the event at the Lord Nelson pub on Sandy Lane in Brindle.
The first firework will be set off at 6.48pm to mark the time Dylan was born, followed by a minute's silence, before the fireworks resume at 7pm.
