Two teams of celebrities, including A-list Hollywood actors and footballing superstars, are just a couple of hours away from a charity football match at Old Trafford tonight.

The Soccer Aid event will see England take on the Rest of The World in aid of Unicef.

Players on the England team include: comedians John Bishop and Paddy McGuinness, singers Olly Murs and Mark Owen, with Robbie Williams team captain.

They will be joined by former footballers Graeme Le Saux, Martin Keown, Kevin Phillips, David Seaman, Teddy Sheringham and Des Walker.

Sam Allardyce will be the manager with Peter Reid as assistant manager.

Playing for Rest of the World will be: actor Gerard Butler, former boxer Joe Calzaghe, Hollywood stars Will Ferrell, Woody Harrelson, James McAvoy, and Mike Myers.

Also playing is chef Gordon Ramsay with star of stage and screen Michael Sheen captain.

They will be joined by football legends Hernan Crespo, Roy Keane, Clarence Seedorf, Jaap Stam, Edwin Van Der Sar and Freddie Ljunberg.

Former Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish will take charge of the team.

It is the fourth Soccer Aid event and the third to be hosted at Old Trafford.

Soccer Aid has raised a total of £6.5 million through ticket sales and donations, with all profits going to Unicef's work helping children across the globe.

Olly Murs said: ''We've raised nearly 7 million pounds so it would be great if tonight we could push it to ten million.''
