Option B has been knocked out of the referendum following the 3rd count.
No option has over 50% of the votes so the counting will go to the next round.

After the first count Option A has the largest percentage of votes and Option D has the smallest, knocking it out of the second count.
A minimum turnout of 40% was needed for the result to be binding or the final decision would have fallen to the States.
