Sebastian Priaulx claimed his first win of the new Ginetta Junior Championship on its opening weekend.

The JHR Developments driver, in his second season in the series, took first place in round 2 at Brands Hatch.

Priaulx, starting from pole, was beaten to the first corner by Tom Gamble, but retook the lead on lap two and never looked back.

With a fourth-placed finish in round 1, the Guernsey driver tops the championship after two races.

Yesterday was a bit tricky, last lap, trying to dash and trying to get the lead, it didn't happen. It's such a great feeling to win. Just having my crowd, I could see them all cheering on when I won. It's just a great feeling when you give it your all and it comes.
