Care Inquiry delay causing "doubt" for victims

A lawyer representing survivors of historic abuse in Jersey says more delays to the Care Inquiry findings are "causing an unintended impression of doubt" among victims.

Two weeks ago further delays were announced to the report's publication because of "new evidence".

Alan Collins says a date now needs to be set for when conclusions of the two-year inquiry will be released.

It was originally due to be published by the end of last year.
