'Local jobs and tourism boost' from new Admiral Park development
Developers who will be transforming Admiral Park in Guernsey say the changes will bring in more local jobs, and a boost for business and tourism.
Comprop will spend £70 million on developments at the St Peter Port site, which include a multi-screen cinema, a hotel and 700 parking spaces.
They also say the plans will put "private sector money into the economy", as well as attract global businesses.
