Junior and Senior medals for Guernsey Judo duo in South Africa

Two Guernsey Judokas will be heading back from the Commonwealth Judo Championships in South Africa with medals around their necks.

19-year-old Louis Plevin won bronze in the Under 21 U81kg category and Michele Agnelli, the 71-year-old head coach of the Guernsey Judo Club, won silver in the over 70 U81kg category.

Plevin is the current English Junior Open Gold Medallist, he's currently studying and training at Anglia Ruskin University.

His sights are now set on winning a gold medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Durban.
