Developers want 230 extra parking spaces at Admiral Park

Property Developer Comprop want to change their plans for Admiral Park in Guernsey to include extra parking spaces.

Their development, which has already been approved, includes a potential hotel, cinema and shops.

They say they need an extra 230 spaces, on top of the 470 already planned, to meet tenant's needs.
