New addition to Jersey's Occupation Tapestries

A team of volunteers have spent the last nine months working on a new addition to Jersey's Occupation Tapestries.

The 12 decorative pieces depict the five years of Nazi rule on the island, and now a new work will mark the 70th liberation celebrations.

The group working on the tapestry are now based at Jersey Archive, and are inviting islanders to head along to make their stitch in the piece of history.
