Handling of Operation Rectangle criticised as 'scandalous and unprofessional'
A former senior investigating officer is giving evidence to the Jersey Care Inquiry into historical abuse.
Mick Gradwell was brought in to oversee Operation Rectangle in 2008.
Today he criticised the way the investigation had been run by the then Chief Officer Graham Power and his deputy Lenny Harper, calling their handling of it “scandalous and unprofessional.”
