The final day of action in this year's Games but still plenty of medals up for grabs. The Channel Islands will be hoping to secure medals in the tennis, football and basketball amongst others.

Athletics: Duquemin thrilled to perform in front of special guests

Jersey's Shadine Duquemin smashed the NatWest Island Games record in the women's discus on her way to winning gold last night.

Her throw of 48.58m was more than seven metres further than her nearest competitor as she cruised to victory.

And it was a particularly sweet moment for the Caesarean who was performing in front of her friends and family for the first time.
