Jersey's Lucy O'Sullivan bounced back from a disappointing first day to win gold in the women's compound final where she beat Guernsey's Gen Witham.

In the women's recurve final it was an all Sarnian affair that saw Lisa Gray come out on top with team-mate Chantelle Goubert taking silver.
