Horton leads Madison to first Tour Series title

Guernsey cyclist Tobyn Horton led Madison Genesis to their first ever Tour Series title on a dramatic final round in Bath.

The 2013 Channel Island Sports Personality of the Year finished second, as Madison reclaimed the leaders jersey from ONEPro Cycling who had hit the front in Peterborough on Tuesday.

Horton finished second behind Marcin Bialoblocki but crucially ahead of Jon Mould from ONEPro Cycling in third.

The Sarnian will compete in the National championships later this month before defending his NatWest Island Games road race and town criterium titles.
