Progress in the trial of the man accused of murdering Guernsey woman Sarah Groves in India has finally taken a step forward today.
Dutchman Richard de Wit, who denies killing the 24-year-old, has had a new lawyer appointed.
He dismissed his previous lawyer back in January which meant numerous delays in the case.
It's now hoped the trial will progress at a much faster pace at the next hearing on 1st June.
