Deputy Susie Pinel has won a three-way battle to become the Social Security Minister in Jersey's States.
Deputy Pinel received 33 votes whereas Deputy Martin and Deputy Southern got 11 and four votes respectively.
That result means the Chief Minister's preferred choice has been chosen in all eight of the elected seats so far.
The weekend event coincides with International Pride Month and the 51st anniversary of the Stonewall riots.
