Channel Parking

Jersey's government has been criticised for a lack of disabled parking, which Constable Andy Jehan says he is addressing with new blue badge space in St Helier.

Supporters of the proposed change say the move would increase footfall in St Helier, offering a financial boost to local businesses in the town.

The increase to fines across all three bands of traffic offences is expected to bring in at least an extra £350,000 a year.
