Developers who will be transforming Admiral Park in Guernsey say the changes will bring in more local jobs, and a boost for business and tourism.

Comprop will spend £70 million on developments at the St Peter Port site, which include a multi-screen cinema, a hotel and 700 parking spaces.

Following this approval, we are now in a position to discuss with interested parties the real opportunity that this site presents for a mixed use development.

We hope to attract business, leisure, entertainment and community facilities to the site.

Major development at Admiral Park approved

A major development at Admiral Park in Guernsey has been given the go ahead, in a unanimous decision by the island's Planning Committee.

Comprop wants to spend £70 million redeveloping the site in St Peter Port, which is currently used for parking.

A multi-screen cinema, a hotel, new offices and 700 parking spaces will be built there.

It is one of two developments being considered at an open planning meeting today.
