Businesses encouraged to become more digital

Business leaders in Jersey are being taught the importance of digital skills in the work place.

The White Collar Coding Challenge is giving them the opportunity to learn some code, build an app and upload it for anyone in the world to use.

The first event of its kind in the island aims to get people old and young in touch with technology and enhance business opportunities.

White collar coding is an opportunity for business leaders to understand a bit more about the digital economy. The global economy of digital businesses is huge and growing and there is no reason why businesses here shouldn't take advantage.
