Sure 'aware' of broadband issues affecting some web users in Jersey

Sure says it is aware of broadband issues affecting some islanders in Jersey.

The company is investigating the cause and working to resolve the problem.

They are advising customers to reboot their router and call Sure if they continue to face issues when connecting through to the internet.
