The States of Jersey's employment board has pleaded guilty to breaching health safety law at an adult mental health facility.

A vulnerable male was injured at Orchard House on 8 May 2020.

The court heard that the States Employment Board failed to provide a safe environment for patients that prevented them from accessing the roof area of the building.

Sentencing is due to take place on 26 March.
