Jersey's British Airways flights to go from Heathrow in July
British Airways flights to Jersey in July, will now depart from Heathrow, instead of Gatwick.
It will be the first time in 11 years that Jersey has a direct connection with the airport.
The change is set to come into effect if and when the airline resumes its operations by next month.
British Airways is now selling seats to London Heathrow.
ITV News has been contacted by a number of passengers to say they have been told by the airline to say their flights will now land at Heathrow Terminal 5 rather than at Gatwick.
The carriers website lists flights from Jersey in August as arriving in Gatwick.
At peak times of the year BA operates 180 flights a day from Gatwick, but they grounded all Gatwick flights in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
