Thousands of signatures on petition to nominate Dr Nicola Brink for national award

An online campaign to nominate Guernsey's Director of Public Health for a New Year's Honour has already attracted nearly 2,000 signatures.

The petition asks the States Assembly to put forward Dr Nicola Brink for an award to recognise her leadership in tackling coronavirus.

The island has had no active cases for 40 days now.
