New website launches to show Jersey's hedge vegetable stalls

A new website has been launched to help people in Jersey find their nearest hedge vegetable stall.

Hedgeveg allows the public to see an interactive map of all stalls and farm shops in the island.

You can see which stalls are selling plants, vegetables, eggs, Jersey royals and other items.

71 sites are listed across Jersey, with some of them accepting contactless payments.

The website says it wants to help connect people to their local produce, which in turn will reduce food mileage.
