Jersey's government enters scheme to borrow £500m to support coronavirus response
Jersey's government has entered into a scheme which would allow it to borrow up to £500 million to support its coronavirus response.
The Treasury Minister, Deputy Susie Pinel, has signed a ministerial decision to enter the Revolving Credit Facility (RCF).
It would be available for an initial period of two years, and is being provided by five local banks – Barclays, Butterfield, HSBC, Lloyds and RBSInternational.
