Guernsey's Chief Minister has warned that coming out of lockdown will be much harder than going into it.
Deputy Gavin St Pier is asking islanders to work together as the exit strategy starts.
Guernsey’s flattening of the curve means the island currently has 16 active cases of coronavirus on the island. A situation the Chief Minister confesses he did not expect to be in at this stage.
It has been well documented that Guernsey have done well to reduce the number of Covid-19 cases on the island, but Deputy St Pier admits different decisions could’ve been made.
