Guernsey’s Health Improvement Commission is encouraging young islanders to eat healthier foods.

Its new campaign I Can Eat A Rainbow was inspired by themany rainbows around the island.

Families are urged to get creative in the kitchen and add lots of different coloured fruits and vegetables to their plates at meal times.

If you fancy taking part, simply print off a blank rainbow from the Health Improvement Commission website and every time you eat a fruit or vegetable, colour in that same stripe on the template. You can then stick up the completed rainbow to a window and share to social media with #ICanEatARainbow.
