'Some degree of confidentiality' needed in terms of positive cases, says Charlie Parker
21 people who have Covid-19 in Jersey are in the island's General Hospital, and eight others are elsewhere in other "hospital settings".
The announcement was made by the government's Chief Executive, Charlie Parker, at today's briefing live on Facebook, where he was questioned by the island's media on the government's response to the virus.
Guernsey's government has already provided a detailed breakdown of who has tested positive for coronavirus on-island, but Jersey is yet to do so.
When asked about when this information will be made public, the Chief Executive said "we need to maintain some degree of confidentiality".
