Jersey and Guernsey feature in chef and presenter James Martin's new series, 'Islands to Highlands', which airs on ITV this week.
He is joined by Jersey restauranteur Mark Jordan for two episodes showcasing some of the best produce in the Bailiwicks.
The new series, filmed last year, is being broadcast every weekday at 2pm, with the islands the focus on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 April.
