A person in their 80s has become the latest to die of coronavirus
It means there have now been three deaths in the island from Covid-19
I am very sorry to report that a patient who tested positive for Covid-19 sadly passed away over the weekend. The patient was in their 80s.
I offer my sincere condolences to their family and friends and ask that their privacy is respected at this extremely sad time.
Guernsey's Director of Public Health Dr Nicola Brink The President of the Health Committee in Guernsey has also offered her sympathies.
