Islanders are being urged not to panic buy after supermarkets experience "unprecedented demand".
Retailers have placed restrictions on items in a bid to stop shoppers from stockpiling in the wake of the Coronavirus outbreak.
Islanders shopping at the Channel Islands Cooperative Society can now only buy three items of toilet roll, facial tissues, kitchen towel and soap per customer.
It comes after shoppers have emptied shelves of toilet paper and hand gel in a wave of panic buying.
