Condor Ferries sold to consortium including Brittany Ferries
Condor Ferries has been sold to new owners.
It comes as regulators have approved the sale to a consortium, including Brittany Ferries and Columbia Threadneedle, a global investment company.
The sale, which was announced last year needed CICRA and the EU Merger Regulation to agree.
Boss, Paul Luxon says fleet replacement and investment are on the cards for the future.
In November 2019 the investment company said they would enter a consortium with Brittany Ferries to buy out the business that links the Channel Islands to France and the UK.
