Guernsey ski trip students test negative for Coronavirus
Coronavirus tests carried out on students and staff at a Guernsey school have all returned negative results.
Staff and students from Guernsey Grammar School had returned from a ski trip in Piedmont in Northern Italy when the decision was made to send them home to self-isolate after cases were confirmed in the region.
However, Guernsey's Director of Public Health Dr Nicola Brink confirmed that none of them had tested positive for the virus and they are now free to return to school.
Out of 65 tests on the island, 63 have returned negative results while the remaining two are still outstanding.
