Guernsey Raiders forward set to make 300th appearance
Tight-head prop Layton Batiste will become the first player to make 300 appearances for Guernsey Raiders when they face Sevenoaks on Saturday.
The 31-year-old made his debut in 2007 when the club were playing in lower reaches of the London leagues.
Fourteen years later he is a mainstay in a side battling to return to the fourth level of English rugby at the first attempt.
Jordan Reynolds' side go into this weekend's game at Footes Lane just one point off the top of London and South East Premier with seven games to play.
