Jersey archer heads to Las Vegas for world's largest indoor tournament
Jersey archer Lucy O'Sullivan will join thousands of other competitors for the world's largest indoor tournament in Las Vegas this week.
It will be the first time the GB athlete has competed at the Vegas Shoot, which serves at the finale of the sport's Indoor World Series.
Last year the event attracted nearly 4,000 archers with more than 500 of them shooting in the championship divisions.
O'Sullivan, who is an outdoor specialist, has been working with a new coach in England to prepare for what will be her biggest competition this year.
The 29-year-old told ITV News she hopes to at least win back her entry fee by reaching the latter stages.
Fellow Jersey archers Heath Perrett, Angela Perrett, and Francis Rocha are also travelling to the USA for the event, to shoot in the amateur 'flight' divisions.
