Guernsey Coastguard helps with Sark Medical Emergency
A Guernsey lifeboat has helped bring a patient from Sark to hospital after a medical emergency.
The Guernsey Coastguard was called by the Sark Doctor on 19 January requesting an emergency patient transfer.
The lifeboat was launched from St Peter Port and arrived within 25 minutes to Sark. Two paramedics were on board to give assistance.
Upon arriving in Guernsey the patient was then transferred to an ambulance where they were taken to the hospital.
