Guernsey Raiders Ladies return home in search of first win
Guernsey Raiders Ladies will look to land their first win of the season on Sunday when they welcome Canterbury to Footes Lane for their opening home game of this campaign.
The team - formerly known as Guernsey Ladies Rugby - have moved closer to the island's men's first XV, taking on a new name and adopting the same kit as their male counterparts.
Steve Evans' side have lost their first four games this season, all away from hone, with injuries forcing them to field an inexperienced side so far.
It leaves Raiders Ladies second from bottom in Women's NC 1 South East (South) with this weekend's visitors second from top having won three from four.
Guernsey are playing at the same level as last season - when they finished third with nine wins from 14 games - but have moved to different catchment.
