Technology has made travel 'less important' for businesses, says one industry leader

Channel Island business leaders have shared their views on travel could be better.

From opening up to the European market to improving links closer to home in London, they say there are many ways to benefit both business and tourism.

Others, however, say travel is not as important as it once was due to technology like video conferencing taking away the "hassle" of travelling on and off the island.
