Former JSPCA boss charged with fraud and forgery
The former boss of the JSPCA will appear in court this morning, charged with fraud and forgery.
Stephen John Coleman faces allegations of 15 counts of fraud, two counts of forgery and two counts of uttering forged documents.
The offences are alleged to have occurred between February 2007 and January 2017.
Major Coleman served as the Chief Officer of the JSPCA between April 2006 and October 2017.
Major Coleman will appear before Jersey Magistrates’ Court this morning.
