So-called Fat-bergs have been found washed up on Jersey beaches.

The large lumps of paper waste were spotted at Havre des Pas, after heavy rain caused a sewage overspill.

It comes after a spill at the Dicq pumping station in the early hours of Monday 12 August.

It's caused by people flushing nappies and face wipes down the toilet as well as fat and oil down the sink.

People are being urged to think carefully about what they flush down the toilet.
