Car crashes into hotel in St Helier

A car crashed into a St Helier hotel during this morning's rush hour.

A black car hit the Pomme D'Or Hotel in St Helier, while making a turn into Conway Street from the Esplanade at 7:54am this morning.

The driver is 68-years-old.

No one was hurt in the incident, though damage has been reported to the hotel's steps and wall.

Police did not attend the scene.
