Elliot Dorey (Jersey) wins the men’s 5000m in 15:24.84.

8:00pm: Swimming - Men's 400m Medley Relay
Gold for Jersey and bronze for Guernsey! A very close finish between the top 3 in the Men’s 400m Medley relay.
7:55pm: Swimming - Women's 400m Freestyle
Courtney Butcher (Guernsey) powered through the last 100m of the 400m women’s freestyle relay, but just missed out - Guernsey came second by 300ths of a second.
7:45pm: Swimming - Men's 800m Freestyle
Isaac Dodds (Jersey) swims into second in the men’s 800m freestyle.
7:30pm: Athletics - Long Jump
Ross Jeffs (Jersey) finishes first with 7.23m in the long jump.
7:15pm: Swimming - Women's 200m Backstroke
Gemma Atherley (Jersey) finishes 2nd in the women’s 200m backstroke. Tatiana Tostevin (Guernsey) comes in 3rd.
7:10pm: Athletics - 5,000m
Sarah Mercier (Guernsey) takes the gold in the 5,000m on track.
7:05pm: Swimming - Men's 50m Butterfly
Harry Shalamon (Jersey) sets a new Jersey record, winning the men’s 50m butterfly. He swam a time of 24.41.
6:25pm: Swimming - Men's 200m Backstroke
Gold and silver for Jersey, and bronze for Guernsey. Harry Shalamon smashes another Games record by 2 seconds, winning the men’s 200m backstroke.
18:10: Swimming - Women's 400m Freestyle
Gemma Atherley (Jersey) swims into 2nd place in the women’s 400m freestyle.
18:05: Swimming - Men's 100m Individual Medley
Robbie Jones (Jersey) comes in third in the men’s 100m Individual Medley. He swam a time of 57.96.
3:10pm: Tennis - Singles
3pm: Shooting - Rifle
Cameron Pirouet (Jersey) wins gold in the 50m 3 position smallbore rifle open. It is his third gold of the Gibraltar Games.
2:30pm: Basketball - Men's
Guernsey's men are through to the semi-finals in the basketball.
2:15pm: Squash - Mixed Doubles
Nat Dodd and Laurence Graham (Guernsey) win silver in the mixed doubles squash.
The Cayman Islands won 15-5, 15-7 in the final.
2pm: Shooting - Pistol
Nikki Trebert (Guernsey) takes the 25m standard pistol gold, making it her third medal of the Games.
1:45pm: Squash - Women's Doubles
Nat Dodd and Karen Robinson (Guernsey) take silver in the women's doubles. They lose out to a strong Cayman Islands team, 15-3, 15-7.
1pm: Squash - Men's Doubles
Jersey duo Scott Gautier and Anthony Harkin win the bronze medal in the play-offs of the men's doubles category.
The pair beat Bermuda 2 games to 0.
12:45pm: Squash - Mixed Doubles
Straight after her win this morning in the women's doubles, Nat and teammate Laurence Graham (Guernsey) win their game in the semi-finals.
They will play in the final for a medal this afternoon.
11:30am: Squash - Women's Doubles
Nat Dodd and Karen Robinson (Guernsey) move onto the final of the women's doubles after a win against Bermuda this morning.
