  • 10:15pm: Athletics - Women's 100m Hurdles

Rhiannon Downinton (Guernsey) gets the island's second gold on the track with victory in the 100m hurdles.

  • 10:10pm: Athletics - Men's 110m Hurdles

Jersey's flag bearer Pete Irving delivered a gold for his island tonight, topping the podium in the 110m hurdles.

  • 10pm: Athletics - Women's 400m Final

Indi Gallagher (Guernsey) ran 57.43 to claim a fine second in tonight’s 400m final.

  • 9:45pm: Judo

Charles Tromans (Jersey) takes bronze in the 100kg category.

  • 9:30pm: Cycling - Time Trial

Women's Individual

Florence Cox (Jersey) takes the silver medal in the women's individual race.

Women's Team

Jersey's Emily Bridson, Rebecca Catley, Florence Cox and Louise Woolrich pull together to take the silver.

Meanwhile Guernsey cross the line in third with performances from Karina Bowie, Hannah Brehaut, Danielle Hanley, Madeleine Wilson and Jamie-Lee Wright.

Men's Individual

Sam Culverwell (Guernsey) crosses the line in second to take his fourth medal of the Games.

Men's Team

Culverwell's performance helps lead Guernsey to a team medal. Marc Cox, Jack English, James Roe, Michael Serafin and Sam Culverwell take the bronze in the team award.

  • 8:10pm: Swimming - Women's 200m Relay

Guernsey is second in the final swimming event of the evening, the Women’s 200m Relay. ‍

  • 7:55pm: Swimming - Men's 200m Freestyle Relay

Silver for Guernsey and Bronze for Jersey! In the pool, Guernsey Men were second in the Men’s 200m Freestyle Relay and Jersey third.

  • 7:40pm: Swimming - Women's 200m Individual Medley

In the pool, Gemma Atherley (Jersey) wins the Women’s 200m Individual Medley in a time of 2:18:15.

  • 7:15pm: Swimming - Men's 50m Breaststroke

Charlie-Joe Hallett is second in the Men’s 50m Breaststroke and William Russell gets bronze - two more medals for Guernsey.

  • 7:05pm: Swimming - Women's 100m Backstroke

Tatianna Tostevin (Guernsey) initially finished 3rd in the Women’s 100m backstroke, but has now been disqualified.

  • 7pm: Swimming - Women's 100m Backstroke

Gemma Atherley (Jersey) is second in the Women’s 100m backstroke. ‍

  • 6:50pm: Swimming - Men's 200m Butterfly

Harry Shalamon (Jersey) wins the 200m butterfly in the pool. Meanwhile, Thomas Hollingsworth (Guernsey) finishes second to pick up the silver. ‍

  • 6:30pm: Swimming - Men's 400m

Robert Jones (Jersey) is second and Charlie-Joe Hallett (Guernsey) was 3rd. ‍

  • 6:25pm: Athletics - Discus

Nathan Thomas and Cameron Campbell (Jersey) secure silver and gold on the discus respectively.

  • 6:20pm: Swimming - Women's 1500m Freestyle

Lily Scott (Jersey) is third in the women’s 1500m freestyle. ‍

  • 3pm: Shooting - Revolver

Mark Dubras (Jersey) takes gold as his sixth medal of the Island Games in the revolver WA 1500 48 Shot-Max 6" Barrel individual category.

Andrew Torode (Guernsey) comes in second and Benjamin Videgrain (Jersey) takes bronze.

  • 2pm: Shooting - Olympic Trap Team

Shooters Stefan Roberts and Nicholas Dewe get Sark’s first medal in the Olympic Trap Team Open. The duo take silver, after falling three points behind Menorca.

  • 1:45pm: Squash

Nat Dodd (Guernsey) takes silver in the women's singles squash.

She was beaten by the top seed in the final but comes away with her first individual medal from an Island Games.

  • 1:30pm: Judo - 81kg

Louis Plevin (Guernsey) takes the bronze in the men's 81kg event.

Bill Baker (Jersey) also claims the bronze after an error in the repechage system.

  • 1pm: Table Tennis

Guernsey beat Jersey 4-2 in team table tennis final.

  • 12:45pm: Shooting - Pistol

Podium places all round for Channel Island shooters.

James Straughan (Guensey) took gold in the police pistol one open - making it his fourth medal of the games.

Andrew Torode, also from Guernsey, came in second and Mark Dubras (Jersey) took the bronze.

  • 12:30pm: Shooting - Rifle

Cameron Pirouet and Toby Baillon (Jersey) take the gold in the 50m three position smallbore rifle team open.

  • 11:30am: Squash

Janick Radford (Guernsey) takes the bronze in the men's singles competition.

He beats the Gibraltar's second seed, Anthony Brindle in straight sets.

  • 11am: Table Tennis

Guernsey take the lead in the team final against island rivals Jersey.

Jersey beat Greenland in the semi-finals yesterday and Guernsey took a spot in the final from Gotland.

  • 10am: Judo - 73kg

Late confirmation that Lewis Bourgaize finished third in the men's judo on Monday 8 July, taking the bronze medal.
