Friends start Jersey's first tea processing farm
Over the years Jersey has been famous for its produce. First apples, and then potatoes dominated the island's agriculture, but now there's a new contender - tea.
Four friends, who all work in full time jobs, have started a home-grown tea business and are getting ready to launch three handcrafted whole leaf teas, all of which have been grown and harvested in Jersey.
The company began planting their tea last year and are the first tea processing farm in Jersey.
Their first batch will be ready to taste later this month.
