CISPOTY: Rising Star nominees

Four young sportspeople are hoping to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Heather Watson and Matt Banahan by winning the PraxisIFM Rising Star prize at the 2018 Channel Islands Sports Awards this week.

Guernsey cyclist Sam Culverwell, Jersey swimmer Isaac Dodds, Jersey athlete Grace Greenwood, and Jersey surfer Will Masterman make up this year's shortlist.

The awards will be broadcast live from the Royal Jersey Showground across two programmes on ITV Channel TV at 8:30pm and 10:30pm on Thursday 31 January.
