New 4D model released for future hospital

The States of Jersey has released a new video showing a 4D model of what the future hospital could look like.

The video shows each stage of the construction process, should the development go ahead on the existing Gloucester Street site.

The term 4D means a 3D model with the fourth dimension of time added to it.

The States Assembly previously made the decision to build a new hospital on the existing site but the Hospital Policy Development Board was established to review the evidence that supported that decision.

The review has since been completed.
